Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns

Do you offer FREE exchanges?

United States and EU member countries: Yes, we offer FREE exchanges for customers in the U.S. and all E.U. member countries! We'll send you a free, pre-paid return label to send the shoes back to us, and we'll also ship out the new shoes at no extra charge. Shoes must be in new condition and in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt.

International: International customers may also exchange their shoes for a new size within 30 days, but are responsible for shipping the exchange shoes back to our warehouse. Fuego will cover shipping the new pair to you at no cost!

How long does shipping take?

Fuego ships worldwide from our warehouses in the U.S. and E.U. (Czech Republic).

Domestic (U.S.) shipping is free for 2+ pairs or for orders over $200. Shipping takes 3-8 business days to arrive on average from the moment you place your order. To receive your order sooner, Priority and Express shipping options may be available at checkout for additional fees.

European Union shipping is free for over 2+ pairs and takes 2-8 business days to arrive on average from the moment you place your order.

International shipping (outside of the E.U.) times vary depending on the destination country. Generally shipping times are between 1-3 weeks.

What's your return policy?

For U.S and EU customers, we accept returns for up to 30 days. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, subject to a $8.95 restocking fee.

International customers may also return their shoes within 30 days, but are responsible for shipping the return order back to our warehouse.

Shoes must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed from November 13, 2024- December 30th, 2024 will be eligible for a 60-day return from the time of delivery.

What are your shipping options?

Shipping to the U.S. and E.U. is $9.95 for one pair or FREE shipping on 2+ pairs (or orders over $200). Express and Priority shipping may be available for U.S. orders only and will be shown at checkout.

For other countries, shipping cost varies depending on the location. However, customers can prepay any applicable taxes and duties at checkout to prevent any hidden fees. Please proceed to checkout to review the total cost for shipping + taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE from our warehouses in the U.S. and E.U. (Czech Republic).

We offer free shipping on 2+ pairs to both the U.S. and E.U., with no duties to E.U countries.
For other countries, you have the option to pre-pay any applicable taxes & duties at the checkout, so you know exactly what the total cost of your order will be without any hidden fees or surprises. You will not incur any additional expenses other than what you see at the checkout, guaranteed.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

I live outside of the U.S., will I need to pay any import taxes or duties?

If you are within the E.U., you will not be charged duties.
If you live outside of the E.U., you can pre-pay any applicable taxes and duties at the checkout. Pre-paying means that your order will be delivered quickly and seamlessly to your home once the package arrives in the destination country. You will not need to deal with your local customs office — we take care of that for you!

Does Fuego run true to size?

Yes, Fuego shoes run true to size!

Past Customers: We've recently updated our sizing for an even more precise fit! If you purchased Fuego dance sneakers prior to 2022, click here to view the size chart conversion table.

I have a wide foot; will Fuegos fit well?

Our shoes are all standard width. If your feet tend to run a little wider, ordering half a size larger should be a good fit.

How do I clean my Fuegos?

We hate it when all-white shoes get dirty. Luckily, keeping Fuego sneakers crisp and clean is really simple. Dirt or spills can be wiped off of our vegan-friendly upper with just a wet paper towel or rag. Shoe cleaning solutions can also be used, but are often not necessary.

What if it rains? Is the sole water resistant?

Yes! Both the upper and the patented FlowTec™ sole are water and spill resistant.

Are the insoles removable?

Yes! If required, our insoles can easily be replaced.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Our cushioned insoles provide incredible support for your feet. The insole has 1.3cm of supportive cushion at the heel which creates elevation and support for the arch which has worked as a replacement for custom orthotics in many cases.

Are Fuegos vegan?

Yes! Our shoes do not contain any animal products.

What surfaces are Fuegos compatible with?

With Fuego's patented FlowTec™ outsole, you can safely dance on studio floors, carpet, cement, gravel, concrete, grass, and more!

Can Fuegos be used for day-to-day streetwear?

Absolutely. The sneaker was designed to be lightweight, comfortable and stylish enough to be worn as day-to-day streetwear as well as a dancewear.

What dance styles are Fuegos used for?

Fuego dance sneakers can be used for many styles of dance, including jazz or hip-hop, ballet or ballroom, latin and many more.

Orders

What is the current status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us.

Can I modify my order or shipping address?

Please email your order number and the new address to help@fuegodance.com. We will contact the carrier as soon as possible. If they determine that the shipment isn't too far along, we can usually modify the destination.
